DARTNODE TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the DartNode services, you (the "User") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. DartNode reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, including server hosting and infrastructure solutions, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. DartNode reserves the right to approve or reject any application for enrollment at its sole discretion and may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

2. Use of Services

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any consequences thereof. Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. DartNode is not responsible for the content, actions, or inactions of users. You agree not to use our Services in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair any DartNode server or the networks connected to any DartNode server.

3. Payment and Fees

Fees for our Services, including server hosting and infrastructure solutions, are as described on our website or through our sales representatives. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your account in a timely manner with a valid payment method. Late payments may result in suspension of your Services until the account is brought up to date.

4. User Conduct

1. You may not use our Services for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
2. Engaging in activities that could harm the infrastructure or reputation of DartNode or its partners is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without express written permission from DartNode.

DartNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

DartNode may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason at its discretion, including for any use of the Services in violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Services.
