DARTNODE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of DartNode's services, including hosting, cloud, and other services provided by DartNode, a DBA of Snaju Inc. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP and ensure that any parties using the Services through your account comply as well.

General Use and Conduct

The Services provided by DartNode are intended for lawful purposes only. All users must use the Services in a responsible, respectful, and legal manner. Specifically, the following uses are prohibited:

1. Illegal Activity: Engaging in any activity that is illegal under local, state, federal, or international law is strictly prohibited.
2. Security Violations: Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Services. This includes unauthorized access to data, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of a system or network.
3. Threatening Material or Content: The Services must not be used to host or distribute material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
4. Offensive Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography, is strictly forbidden.
5. Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") is prohibited. This includes email spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, web search engine spam, and any other form of spamming.
6. Resource Abuse: Consuming excessive amounts of server resources or network bandwidth is not allowed. Activities that cause disruption to other users or degrade the overall performance of our Services are prohibited, including running resource-intensive applications that negatively affect shared hosting environments.

Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using DartNode's Services. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection and privacy laws, as well as compliance with regulations governing the hosting of digital content.

Enforcement

DartNode reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take responsive action. This action may include, but is not limited to, temporary or permanent blocking of access to the Services, and the suspension or termination of your account. Additionally, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any unlawful conduct.

Modifications to this AUP

DartNode reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes. Users are encouraged to review this AUP periodically for updates.
